In order to be able to help you as quickly as possible and to ensure immediate processing, we recommend that you report your claim within 24 hours.
Provide first aid
Make sure you and others are okay! Take measures to minimise the damage.
Document your claim
Record what has been damaged - take meaningful photos.
Report the claim
Get in touch with us as soon as possible. We will discuss all further steps with you.
